I support you in feeling less overwhelmed, more focused, and confident as you build habits that protect your well-being and reduce burnout.
My counselling specializations focus on supporting and guiding teens, type-A adults such as educators, and first responders who are navigating burnout, stress, wellness, boundaries, and self-regulation.
I also know this from my own life. I’ve experienced burnout and learned what it feels like to be drained and stretched too thin. Finding balance, setting boundaries, and rebuilding my energy are things I’ve had to practice myself—so when I talk about them, it comes from lived experience.
I am an experienced teacher, a personal trainer, and I bring a cultural humility approach to my work, having completed the SANYAS Indigenous Core Safety (ICS) training. I have also completed the First Responder Occupational Awareness training, which helps me understand the unique pressures and needs of first responders.
My research and capstone work focused on burnout and wellness in professional settings, informing my evidence-informed approach to supporting individuals in managing stress and building resilience (view my research here).
I hold a Master’s degree in Counselling from City University of Seattle and am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC, 2025) with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors.
