Rates, Billing & Coverage

A 60-minute session is $125, and an 75-minute session is $150. You can choose the session length that best suits your needs.

Direct billing is available for the following insurers: Greenshield Insurance, Pacific Blue Cross Canada Life, Manulife, and Desjardins Insurance.
Clients are encouraged to check two things with their insurance provider:Whether direct billing is supported under their specific plan.
Whether counselling services provided by a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) are covered under their benefits.
If direct billing is not available, you will be provided with a detailed receipt that you can submit for reimbursement.

e-transfers are the only form of payment currently accepted, and direct billing through eligible insurance plans (read information on direct billing). Payment is due at the end of each session.

Many extended health plans cover counseling services. Please check with your provider to confirm your coverage for a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC).

24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling is required. Late cancellations or missed appointments are subject to a fee of 50% of your session cost.

Yes! I provide virtual counselling services across British Columbia, making it easy for you to access support from the comfort of your home.

I offer 60-minute and 75-minute sessions, allowing you to choose the time that best fits your needs. A 60-minute session provides focused support, while an 75-minute session offers extra time for deeper exploration and reflection.

The intake session focuses on getting to know you—your goals, challenges, and what you hope to gain from counselling. It’s a safe space to explore what’s on your mind.

The number of sessions varies for each person. Some clients find clarity in a few sessions, while others prefer ongoing support.

Counselling services are currently available through Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC), the Interim Federal Health Program (IFHP), and ICBC. Services through the Crime Victim Assistance Program (CVAP) and the First Nations Health Authority (FNHA) will be available soon. For the most up-to-date information on program availability and coverage, please contact the provider directly.
