Providing Support for

First Responder Burnout

BOOK A 15 MINUTE CHAT

First Responders

Emotionally drained, irritable, negative, disconnected from work

Having worked with first responders, I know this work can feel undesirable and draining. Many experience emotional exhaustion from caring for others, struggle with sleep problems, and may feel negative, detached, or irritable toward work and coworkers.

How we will work together

What matters that most for you: Grounding and safety — a space where you don’t have to be “on.”

Together, we will work towards:
Being direct, no-nonsense tools for regulation (breathing, body resets, choice points) while normalizing your stress responses without judgment.

What this looks like

Sort What’s in Your Control – We’ll focus on what you can influence in work and life, reducing unnecessary stress.

  1. Clarify Wants and Needs – Together we’ll identify what you need to feel grounded and supported — rest, recovery, connection.

  2. Make Better Choices – We’ll build simple, practical steps to help you manage energy and feel more in control daily.
