Providing Support for
Teenagers & Adolescents
Teenagers
Overwhelmed, unmotivated, detached, struggling with daily life
Many teens feel unmotivated, overwhelmed, or disconnected from school, friends, and themselves. They may struggle with stress, anxiety, or low energy, making it hard to focus, complete tasks, or enjoy daily life. Some teens also feel isolated or pressured by expectations at school and at home.
How we will work together
What matters that most for you: To feel understood without being labeled or lectured.
Together, we will work towards: Keeping it real, listening first, then offering simple coping tools you can use immediately (not abstract theory).
